Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Answer: All Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal and Apple Pay

Q: Can I amend an existing order?

Answer: There will be a option to amend your order on the conformation email we send you. If you cannot find this, contact use via email or contact us page with your order number and we will fix everything for you.

Q: How will my order be sent to me?

Answer: All orders are sent out using Royal Mail.

Q: When can I expect to receive my delivery?

Answer: This depends on what delivery option you select. All information on shipping can be found on our Shipping & Delivery Info page at the footer of every page.

Q: I’ve received an email from you, what does it mean?

Answer: We will always send a confirmation or order and shipping notification when your order has been sent out for postage.

Q: I’d like to return an item for a refund/exchange, how can I do this?

Answer: All information can be found at our Warranty, Returns & Exchanges page.

Q: I’ve received a faulty item, what can I do?

Answer: If you have a faulty item please contact us as soon as possible any we will replace it.
